Software that gets used,

not just shipped.

I study Information Systems in Bandung, Indonesia. I started coding before university, building Discord bots, and now I build and maintain web apps and business software.

The problem

Plenty of software ships. Far less gets used.

The cause is rarely the code. Usually the process is unclear: who does what, and where the work stalls.

01

The workflow is invisible

Orders and stock live in chat threads, so there is no single place to see the real state.

02

Everything typed twice

The same data gets entered in several places, and every copy can drift.

03

Customers wait for replies

People have to ask for status even though the answer is already in the system.

04

Features nobody opens

Built without clear requirements, they get abandoned by the people meant to use them.

How I work

Four steps, in order.

    01

    Read the process first

Who does what, where the work moves, and where it gets stuck.

    02

    Write the requirements

The outcome to reach comes first; the feature list follows.

    03

    Build and test it yourself

Everything gets used by me before anyone else touches it.

    04

    Hand over with notes

Including how to run it, so you are not dependent on me.

Track record

Numbers you can check.

If it turns out a new app is not the answer, I will say so. Not every problem needs software.
